I’m suffering few days in a problem related with electricity bill. I have to pay a double bill from my expected (and used bill may be) bill. How to perform this task in few minutes.

1. Download this software form Microsoft's website

2. Install in window7 normally.
But in windows xp you have to install a software before installing "JOULE METER" known as .netframwork4. Download this element from here.

3. Open joulmeter and click for setting on “joule meter calibration” option. Other option for viewing to details of used electricity.
