Linking Shamela Library To Main E-books : A Great & Good Step Given By Shamela

Every person who is known with Shamela Library , or use it that : in many books remain faults and mistakes . this is main reason that the many people don't use Shamela for a references . So, A student use Shamela , he has to confirm from main books .

I thank to "MAKTABA MASJID NABAVI" (مكتبة المسجد النبوي) who work hard to solve this problem . They said in Shamela's official site :

قدمت المكتبة الشاملة الكثير من خدمات البحث لطلبة العلم، وازداد قيمة العطاء بعد موافقة كثير من كتبها للمطبوع، ولكن مازال طالب العلم يحتاج لمطالعة الكتاب المصور لعدة أسباب أهمها:

1 - التأكد من صحة نص الشاملة؛ وذلك لإحتمالات التصحيف أو السقط، أما النسخة المصورة فلها وثوقية أكبر من النص المكتوب غالباً.

2 - الذاكرة التصويرية لدى بعض الطلبة تجعله يحتاج لأن ينظر في الكتاب بهيئته المطبوعة التي يحفظها في ذاكرته بصفحاتها وخطوطها.

3 - عدم وجود الهوامش والتحقيقات في بعض كتب الشاملة واكتفائها بالمتن فقط، وهو الأمر الذي يحتاجه بعض المحققين.

وتم حل هذا الإشكال بإتاحة تصفح النسخ المصورة pdf من داخل الشاملة جنباً إلى جنب مع الكتب النصية، فبذلك تم الجمع بين إمكانيات البحث والنسخ واللصق التي توفرها الشاملة، مع مزايا النسخة المصورة السابق ذكرها.

It's mean That : Our trying in this work , for many reasons : (1) Granting Correction for every student or researcher who use Shamela . (2) Many users are familiar to hard copy or soft-copy of books, they are facing problems or they are feeling hesitate to read , study from Shamela books . (3) In many books of Shamela do not have footnotes etc . for these reasons we make relation Shamela library to main books (e-books) , so that, users can see -at time he using Shamela library- main books also by Shamela library .

How To Upgrade Shamela E-Library

New Look Of Maktaba Shamela

Dear friends, after a long time we are meeting in our blog. we will try from now to continue writing and sharing relevant and useful things affront of you if my Allah wish. in this short article i give a good information to Maktaba Shamela (Elibrary In Arabic Language ) Users. that is How To Upgrade Shamela Library. So, follow the writen simple structure in bellow:

1. download "upgrade file" from shamela's officila website. Here Also available, Or Download This.

2. copy and paste the downloaded file to the main file of shamela installed in your computer.

After copy & paste

3. double click that file, it will start his duty that for installing, it takes few minutes. OK.
A new featured window of shamela library will open.

It's latest version of Shamela. v: 3.61. it has a lot advantages, these are described bellow:
(a) Usmani font of quran problem is solved in this edition.
(b) The problem at the searching time on Quran is also solved.

Unlock The Locked Book: In Shamela Library

we discussed about shamela electronic library in few posts. Today we will share you a trick related with shamela library.
The shamela authority is publishing and uploading a lot of Islamic books. all books are written on different Islamic knowledge. Recently they are publishing books which are locked by them to prevent artificial change on any book.

But when you're reading a book and you look a mistake in the book, you can’t change that mistake in this type of book.
Note: You can change any mistake by going to

on the top bar.

To unlock the book:
1. Go to لوحة التحكم by clicking on

you can see lock on left corner in bellow like this:
2. Now click on that icon. The book will be unlocked.

How To Add A Book To Shamela Library

Maktaba-e- shamela is a electronic library which contains thousands of Arabic book.many of you know about it. however I’ll explained about this relevant software on future insha allah (if allah wants). in this tutorial I’m going to tell “how to add a book on shamela library. so, no any talk, just follow the instruction given bellow:
1. open shamela library and click on this icon

called (استيراد ملفات). a window will displayed to you. like the shoot:

2. In the above picture, that window has tree parts, (1) location of your saved books, (2) selected files area, (3) main work area.
3. After choosing files, drug files to main workspace. and click on icon

. your files are going to adding on shamela library.
You are done. Now you can read added book by going to the category which you added the book here.

Arabic latters problem in windows 7: Solve

Arabic is first choice for a Muslim, because it is language of Allah, his prophet and haven’s language. that’s why it using every sector of world. even in computer technology. old package of operating system perfectly accept this language. but newest systems are facing problem to perform Arabic language. today we discuss about Arabic latters problem in windows 7.
Some times we can’t see the perfect characters of Arabic in windows seven. to solve this problem follow the instruction only.
1. Go to control panel, then open the Region and language menu,
2. Go to administrative tab,
3. and click on Change system locale tab.

3. chose Arabic (Saudi Arabia) language.

Shamela Library: Upgrade To Latest Version

"Maktaba e shalema" is a name of electronic books library which contains about 5000 books in Arabic in old version. And the operators are uploading its new versions regularly. Since a long I wished that, I will write in full package about “MAKTABA SHAMELA”, if time support me. But I can’t. So, I guess that, I have to write about its numerous side, and these columns will be a full package to using of understanding “MAKTABA SHAMELA”. Now I’m going to share, how to upgrade old version to latest versions. And it’s the main and important thing for who’re using “MAKTABA SHAMELA”. So follow the instruction simply for this task :--

(1) At first download the latest version from shamela website. Like, for downloading 3.48 version click HERE. (its last version for this time).

(2) Now copy the upgrade file to old shamela main folder. Like:

(3) Run upgrade file. Then it become upgraded to new version. And ready to use.

(4) Now copy “user.mbd” file from program file of old version, to “files” folder of upgrade file folder. Like the shoot

(5) Now you can uninstall old version by using add/remove option. After this process old version files will deleted but it not effect on latest version. Because it’s became a portable version, which can be used without installing. You can use it, just by clicking shortcut icon.

As a student of Islamic studies i like to reading Arabic, Urdu Islamic magazine. This why i search though the net Arabic or Urdu magazines.
