few days ago my computer was infected by unknown virus which destroy installation file of some soft-wares which i clicked on. and also i could not able to run or install any anti-virus in my computer.
however i searched on Google regarding to this problem. and i found a lot of solution to solve problem and risk. in this post I'll share with you "summary of this solution".
at first i recommend you that if you have this type virus please "DON'T DOUBLE CLICK" on any exe file or installation file otherwise it spread in your pc and hamper your computer's files. then follow the instruction to solve this problem:--
(1) download anti-malware software "malwarebytes" from here 1 or here 2
(2) install this anti-malware soft. it ask you for updating the software and update this soft.it's update size is about 3mb.
(3) then start scanning with this software like following shot.
(4) after completing scan REMOVE the infected file which are founded by this software by clicking"remove selected" button.
(5) now download your desired anti-virus like avast,avira etc. (if you have an anti-virus and you didn't double click on this software that's enough)
(6) now install your downloaded or desired software.
If every step you do properly, your anti-virus will work now.
